Before the CNC bit ever touched wood, our founder spent more than two decades wearing a badge as a police sergeant — working patrol, investigations, and the quiet hours nobody sees. He knows exactly what a retirement plaque is supposed to mean, because he's earned one himself.
Patriotic Designs & CNC was built on that understanding. Every academy graduation gift, every EOW memorial, every retirement shadow box that leaves this shop is carved by someone who has stood the same watch as the person receiving it — not just a shop that prints logos onto wood.
Saint Michael stands post over those who stand post over us — the guardians of order against chaos, protectors of the protectors.

Every material we run is chosen for how it takes a 3D relief cut and how it holds up on a wall for the next thirty years. MDF is the one exception — built for crisp 2D detail only, never full relief.

Every clean edge and sharp relief line you see on this page comes down to the bit doing the cutting. Our CNC bits are supplied by High Country Tools — run by a fellow first responder (active firefighter) who knows exactly what these machines need to hold up under a full production schedule.
